Dying Fetus Head Into Recording Studio
DYING FETUS have entered Wright Way Studios in Baltimore, MD to begin work on a new full-length album. The follow-up to 2007’s War Of Attrition is being recorded with producer Steve Wright and will see a September 2009 release.
Dying Fetus founder/guitarist John Gallagher commented on the new album; “We’re stoked about starting the recording for the new Dying Fetus album. Sean, Trey, and I have put more time and energy into writing this record than any of our previous records, and it will show when we deliver the most brutal Dying Fetus album ever recorded this fall. This record will be devastating.”
Dying Fetus will join the 2009 Summer Slaughter Tour with label-mates Necrophagist and Origin as well as Suffocation, Ensiferum, Darkest Hour and many more. This four-week tour will kick-off on June 5th in Baltimore, MD. Dying Fetus will also headline the first day of this year’s LA Murderfest as well as appear at Austria’s Kaltenbach Festival.

ho hum, they just shit them out don’t they?
I sure hope its better than WoA.
In terms of brutality it will be hard for them to do better than ‘Killing On Adrenaline’, and as for overall songwriting, ‘Destroy The Opposition’ is still their best album… can’t wait to hear their new stuff, but like fuctwithice said, let’s hope they manage to do better than their latest album.
