NoiseCreep.com asked KIRK HAMMETT whom he would induct into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame if he had his choice. We didn’t know Kirk was a prog-rock head?

Not very surprising, since there are progessive influences (read: influences) scattered throughout Metallica’s music.
Rush absolutely should be inducted in the future.

The Hall is a sham. Kiss, Rush, The Raspberries, Motorhead, and Deep Purple are just a few acts that should ALREADY be in there but get shafted every year.

Kiss sucks and does not deserve to be in the hall of fame. Maybe a merchandising hall of fame, musically they they are terrible.
that band is fucking awful and DONT deserve it at all. motorhead i will agree, but the hall is abounch of bullshit it gets worse and worse every year. next year im betting on the bare naked ladies!
nobody noticed that in the intro to the interview they said Metallica wrote “Blitzkreig”? Definitely a cover song there dudes haha.
i agree metallica should be in the HOF, but not before Rush, Iron maiden, Alice Cooper, Kiss, Ted Nugent, Deep Purple, Iggy and the stooges, and list goes on and on and if Metallica is inducting people who played on the albums then Bob Rock should be inducted
I know they’re still a really active band, but I’d be all for inducting Disturbed. Maybe Wolfmother as well.
