Tool to Headline Lollapalooza 2009
TOOL will headline Lollapalooza 2009 along with THE KILLERS.
In between projects, Maynard James Keenan and company will join BEASTIE BOYS, KINGS OF LEON, JANES ADDICTION, and others at Grant Park in Chicago.

I love Tool, and I even live in Chicago. But its not worth paying like $70 plus to hang around a bunch of yuppy, preppy homos all day, to see one band.
Ive never been to a Lollapalooza and will probably never go to one. If Primus, Pearl Jam, and R.A.T.M or NIN were all their. I might consider.

You kidding me.. Tool.. This isn’t even an album tour (which kick ass). They’ll be playin some crazy f’n shit. Expect a great set from the best live performing band today. Not to mention the fact that maynards voice will be fresh and he won’t be rushing get through an entire tour. The other bands could be better although killers will be considered a great band I bet in the comming years and
Janes addiction isn’t bad.. I don’t know sign me up for tool alone expect the unexpected.. 30 min version of 3rd eye.. Discustipation… 4 degrees. I can only imagine. For any tool enthuisiaste this is a must go.
You think this is bad, check the line up for the Denver Mile High Fest July 18-19. Tool, Widespread Panic, The Fray…it gets worse..much worse.
fuck NIN,Janes,and The Killers….TOOL is the only reason to go. I will be flying in from NH just for their 90m set
So, for those who said rather NIN than Janes addiction, just remember its Perry who puts this amazing festival together. And this festival is the best thing about my summer, went last year and ive been counting down the days since i saw radiohead, Raconteurs, MGMT and NIN, all spots worth over 100$ tickets for individual shows, and you get them all plus more for 200, Im so pumped!
Ha, NIN and RATM Were there, u missed out. 200,000 ppl mosh pit, almost died, but amazing. im 120 lbs. lol
