Crue Fest 2 Bands and Dates Announced

MOTLEY CRUE announced the line up today for their second annual summer festival tour, Crüe Fest 2 at the FUSE TV studio in New York City. It will feature:
- Motley Crue
- Godsmack
- Theory of a Deadman
- Drowning Pool
- Charm City Devils
In addition to announcing the line up, the Crüe debuted a new music video featuring members of all five Crüe Fest 2 bands performing the single “White Trash Circus.” During the announcement MOTLEY CRUE was joined on stage by Sully Erna of GODSMACK, Tyler Connolly of THEORY OF A DEADMAN, Ryan McCombs of DROWNING POOL, and John Allen of CHARM CITY DEVILS. It’ll impact radio this week.

Holy shit! Great news from SMN. First the Soil side project, then Papa Roach, and now this!
Fucking Crue rule and that lineup is awesome. I’ll bet they handpicked those bands. Shows you how much Crue rule. I’ll be there for sure. I’ve been moving around the country a lot lately too, so i may even manage to hit this shit twice!

True, Godsmack are great, but you can’t deny Korn though. Korn were a lot bigger and were probably THE best band of the 90s. That said, Godsmack are for sure in the Top 5. Under Korn and Disturbed though.

Ok, first of all, aside from Godsmack, this tour sucks. I’ve been a diehard Crue fan since Shout At The Devil first came out..but there’s no way in hell I’d waste my money to see this. Sorry guys, not happening!
oh, and just for the record…Shaun Glass’s new band really isn’t a “Soil side project”, since yanno…he’s NOT in the band anymore?

To Anonymous (one referring bout KoRn & Disturbed being great bands of the 90’s):
You do know that Disturbed’s “The Sickness” didn’t come out until 2000 right? So uhhh…I really wouldn’t consider Disturbed one of the great bands of the 90’s, at all.
^^Fuck, “Believe” was such an awesome record. People always talk about “the Sickness,” but that album’s overrated.
“Believe” is seriously one of the greatest hard rock albums of all time. Needs more respect.
That’s what makes this site so annoying to read… all those morons who take the position of everything that isn’t metal sucks. This tour’s gay cause Godsmack is on it and so on. If you don’t like the bands on the tour why on earth would you waste your time commenting on it. It’s funny to me. I’m not a fan of Theory or Charm City Devils, but I’d definitely check out the other three bands. Godsmack puts on a great live show.

Theory of a Nickleback … I hate (those) bands
Well I wasn’t that big of a Motley Crue fest before. But my girlfriend has been a fan for like 10 years and she took me to the first Cruefest. We had pit tickets and it was seriously a kick ass show! I’ve been a papa roach fan since they first started and they played a fuckin awesome set. I gotta say every band was good and I had no regrets for going at all. So me and my girl are going again and I already bought us pre-sale pit tickets to Cruefest 2! So anyone else that’s going and will be in the pit, I’ll see you there!!

WTF??? Y every time The Crue tours they tour with GAY ASS bands??? When they first came out they opened for Ozzy and shit like that…The only good tour they’ve had since they got back together was with Aerosmith in 2006. They need to tour with more bands in their genre so the real Metal Heads can some fun, and they need to stop picking bands that little preppy faggots listen to!!!
I am a HUGE Motley Crue fan. I’d go see them no matter what the opening bands were..even the Jonas Brothers. Anything for the Crue..and SIXX!! \m/

Motley Crüe rocks. The line up is awesome and this “preppy” chick will be rockin to BAD Girlfriend and Primal Scream just the same!!!! They are savvy businessmen… metal heads and “preppy ass faggots” are buying those tickets!!
