Suicide Silence Enter Studio to Record “No Time To Bleed”

SUICIDE SILENCE will enter the studio with acclaimed producer Machine (Lamb of God) this week to record their new effort, No Time To Bleed.
SUICIDE SILENCE will also debut some new material on the upcoming CARCASS tour this March. The group will be direct support and deliver a 45 minute set.
Mitch Lucker (vocals) states:
“We’re all geared up to record our strongest effort to date. We’ve all grown quite a bit as musicians over the last few years. The last record was tracked in a live setting over a period of two weeks and this time around we’re looking forward to carefully crafting a record on an even larger scale with Machine’s services at the helm. This is going to be a huge step in the right direction for us. “

Hey! I like suicide silence, and I push mosh. Dancing is gay and for trendy little kids. But I will be looking forward to hearing some new shit from them.
But to argue the point above. Suicide while good, arent all that technical. They play fast death metal blast beats and breakdowns. Which is fine, but in my mind technical is more along the lines of The Faceless,Meshuggah, Neuraxis, Arsis, even Between the Bruied and me. More poly rythems and time signature changes makes you technical i think, not just playing fast.
Get a better ear for music before you bash a band like Necrophagist. Becasue you just look dumb.
Gay and for trendy little kids? Maybe, if the band in question is some watered down, screamo/scenester band.
But I don’t know man, I’ve seen bands like Sworn Enemy and at those types of shows, the activity on the floor is mostly dancing and it’s anything but gay. I’ve seen way more people get fucked up via dance pits than push pits.

you know why people get fucked up in dance pits. Because mother fuckers think they are tough by kicking and swinging fists into people standing around them, on the outsides of the pit in the crowd, that aren’t even looking.
In Push pits (real pits) there is actually respect for one another. Everyone in that pit (and around that pit) is your brother. And the intent is to have a good time, and show respect for a band. Its NOt about trying to look tough and who can pull off the sickest looking move to impress people watching. Which usually involves kicking and swinging into people with thier back towards you.
To me that is fucking gay!!
I agree that those kicking kids are gay, however I wouldn’t go so far as to say that the dudes in the pit are my brothers. My family’s not that fucked up.

This debate will go on forever. You need to realize there’s just as many assholes in a push pit as there are in a dance pit. And you’re fucking ignorant if you think the people crowd dancing are the only ones that hit people outside of the pit that aren’t participating. Plenty of times I’ve seen pushers charging people trying to watch the show or completely throw someone into the pit that doesn’t want to be there, but happens to be stuck on the edge trying to get a better view of the band.
Now I’m not heralding either (I prefer to hang at the bar and watch the bands), but you’re a retard if you think that there’s no one trying to hurt others outside of a dance pit.
