Volbeat to Unleash “Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood” in the US
Popular Danish metallers VOLBEAT will unleash their 2nd US album, Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood, March 17 on Mascot Records U.S.A. This new rock-a-billy metal disc arrives on the tail end of their successful 2008 release Rock The Rebel/Metal The Devil.
According to a statement about Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood, “It’s a tale about a traveling band whose leader is a man that once got shot in the desert and left for dead. During the bands tour he went on a mission to find the mysterious killer that put seven bullets in his body. While traveling from city to city the band ends up in a small town called Ten House City performing for just a handful of people in the local bar. The songs offer observations of the people in the rundown venue, made by the bandleader”
