It looks like a selection of bands have been earmarked for the New England Metal and Hardcore Fest XI 2009. The following acts are scheduled to perform on April 18 at The Palladium in Worcester, MA:
LAMB OF GOD, AS I LAY DYING, CHILDREN OF BODOM, GOD FORBID, MUNICPAL WASTE, EMMURE, WINDS OF PLAGUE, TERROR, ALL SHALL PERISH, THE GHOST INSIDE, SHAI HULUD
We’d be silly to think it wasn’t somehow related. Last year’s 10th Anniversary show was drawn out over 3 days…no new info has otherwise been released for this year’s festival.

i fucking hate that they merged the lamb of god show with metal fest i was so pumped about lamb of god final back on tour and now they throw sooooooooooo many shitty bands in the mix now i have 2 wait untill may to see em at the house of blues in boston and theyll prolly find away to fuck that show up 2 i hate metal fest they did this last year 2 with the megadeth show

i heard theres a band called The Crimson Armada opening on the 18th and they’re fucking brutalllll. it sucks that they got that timeslot but whoever is there for when they play are gonna be shitting themselves. be watching out for them
