“”The [California accuser's] credibility was very shaky,” explained Meister. “She told people she was anywhere from 14 to 19. She told a cop one age, a detective another, [Eisen] another. She met him at an 18-and-older club, so she either had a fake ID or lied to the bouncers. We weakened the prosecution’s case, but really, [Eisen] had a reasonable, good-faith belief that she was an adult.”

“Two weeks later, Eisen was arrested by New Jersey police on charges of kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault, luring to entice a minor through the Internet and endangering the welfare of a child. The police claim Eisen had sex with a 14-year-old Sayreville girl he met online.”

If Korn is Nu Metal…they’ve been around longer than 1998.
so it should be:
touching underage girls since the early 90s
That’s what that guy looks like without all the dumb late 90’s vampirefreaks ephemera? Weird.
Hard to believe that this’ll actually be their sixth full-length release. Since 1999 they’ve been consistently putting out a new album once every two years. Way too much.
That’s how it works when you’ve got a major label contract and no real artistic ideas.
First off Tripp has not been in the band since either 2004 or 2005 whenever he first got arrested. Plus he didnt own any part of the band, only Wayne and Tony have since WDT. There is no reason this picture of Tripp is even up here.
