We don’t really care that much, but here’s something I’m sure you can get behind…in a marketing campaign designed to thwart racism, and top up his bank balance, Stephen Colbert is taking to the net to encourage people to buy his album.
Kanye West’s new album, 808s & Heartbreaks currently sits at #1 on iTunes. Stephen Colbert is not taking this news lying down and has declared “Operation Humble Kanye” to be launched on Wednesday, December 3.
At that time, he’s calling for everyone in the Colbert Nation to buy his Christmas album, A Colbert Christmas: The Greatest Gift Of All . Effectively toppling both Kanye’s ego and album by putting Stephen where he belongs…at #1 on iTunes, making him “the voice of this generation of this decade…”

I have zero respect for Kanye West, he is the most arogant, self centered artist I’ve seen in a long time, And he wonders why white people don’t like him. If he doesn’t get a grammy, he cries like a skinned knee bitch, even though his music is horrible to begin with. He has to sample every other song out there that was once popular to give himself a hit song. I’m not racist, but he is the definition of a Nigger.
Man, I still crack up whenever I see that video. Just the awestruck and disbelieved looks on Mike Myers and Chris Tucker’s faces are freakin priceless.
