John “Mitch” Mitchell (1947 – 2008)

Ou apologies for failing to report this in a timely fashion, but John “Mitch” Mitchell, drummer for the Jimi Hendrix Experience died unexpectedly earlier this week in a Portland, Oregon hotel room. He was the last surviving member of the Jimi Hendrix Experience and the second to last remaining member of any of Hendrix‘ bands.
