Foo Fighters Win ‘Band of the Year’ at Classic Rock Awards

The FOO FIGHTERS have been crowned band of the year at the Classic Rock awards with the amazing veterans that are WHITESNAKE picking up best album for Good To Be Bad. Other winners included:
- Ozzy Osbourne – Living Legend Award
- Paul Stanley – Showman of the Year
- Airbourne – Best New Act
- Led Zeppelin – Gig of the Year
- AC/DC – DVD of the Year (for Plug Me In)
- Metallica – Reissue of the Year (for those first 3 albums…)
- Jeff Beck – Outstanding Contribution
- Syd Barrett – Inspiration Award
The central London ceremony also celebrated the 10th anniversary of Classic Rock magazine.
