Chad Smith’s Bombastic Meatbats Schedule LA Shows
L.A.-based instrumental all-star quartet, CHAD SMITH’S BOMBASTIC MEATBATS, featuring RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS drummer Chad Smith, guitarist Jeff Kollman (COSMOSQUAD, GLENN HUGHES), bassist Kevin Chown (UNCLE CRACKER, TED NUGENT), and keybaordist Ed Roth (GLENN HUGHES, RONNIE MONTROSE), have scheduled two exclusive Los Angeles area shows at the Baked Potato, 3787 W. Cahuenga Blvd., Studio City, CA on October 22 and 23, respectively.
The BOMBASTIC MEATBATS debuted earlier this year at the annual NAMM show in Anaheim, CA and have since completed a studio album, co-produced by the band and Jono Brown. Footage of the group performing ‘Into the Floyd’, filmed at the MEATBATS‘ sold out March 1 appearance at the Baked Potato, can be viewed below:
