Scars on Broadway Cancels US Tour

SCARS ON BROADWAY, featuring SYSTEM OF A DOWN buddies Malakian and John Dolmayan, earlier today released the following statement to Blabbermouth confirming the cancellation of all Scars on Broadway US Tour Dates:
“SCARS ON BROADWAY’s North American tour, scheduled to begin October 19, as well as their October 14 performance on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’, have been cancelled. Late last week, Malakian concluded that his heart wasn’t into touring at this time, so he made the decision to cancel all scheduled performances. There are no plans to reschedule.”

Until you guys have gone on a few tours, you have no room to talk. It’s tough work and it’s really demanding mentally.
Disappointing. I was looking forward to this show. Solid album.
I’ve toured a few times…5 times to be exact. Let me tell you, I love to tour. I love being on the road, playing my tunes for fans and struggling as an independent band living from guarantee to guarantee, show to show, not even sure if you’ll have the money to make it back home. This guy is just being a rockstar, pussy ass bitch. Stop being a fag and get out there for your fans. I’m really glad I wasn’t planning on going to the show.

Ive been on tours. Ive been on a few tours…its EXTREMELY demanding. Ive been a stagehand and seen what large level tours are like…they are NOWHERE near as demanding of a group such as Scars as they are on your everyday metalhead in a van. I personally think Daron is just a whiney jerk and doesnt know how to appreciate his fans. I really dig this album though. I personally feel it was probably solely Daron not getting along with Shavo and Serj that put SOAD where they are now…so in short…quicherbichin
