I hope they add more black metal and thrash bands, but I’m fearing they gonna go the other direction to make it a more commercially accepted by making it less extreme. Hence the name change.

Yea, a name change, and through what they seem to be saying here, it seems they are adding more variety to this metal festival, hoping to make it bigger. I live in NY, and I would totally travel if its worth it. Keeping in mid it can go in any which direction, only the great lord Allah knows what.

Keep the name. People that would be the least interested in attending would check out the bands first before saying “IT’S JUST A BUNCH OF DEATH METAL BANDS”
