VH-1’s ongoing Rock Honors series has taken yet another step back from previous years by showcasing only one inductee in 2008. THE WHO will take all the plaudits this year, with VH1 Rock Honors: The Who set to be taped on Saturday, July 12 from the Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles. The show will premiere on VH1 on Thursday, July 17 at 9pm with tribute performances led by Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters and The Flaming Lips.
