Five Finger Death Punch to Re-Release “The Way of the Fist”

Having sold more than 110,000 copies since last July’s release of The Way of the Fist, hybrid act FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH will be re-releasing the album on May 13. Three bonus tracks – “Stranger Than Fiction”, an acoustic version of the breakout single “The Bleeding” and the band’s current single “Never Enough” have been added to the record.

who thinks this band will sell out with their next album? By selling out I mean, become alot softer for more of the radio frindly crowd. Like Breaking Benjerman or 3 days Grace.

The way of the fist didnt do shit, until they put clean vocals and (pussified) their one song, and put it on the radio. Now I guess they have sold like 100,000 copies since doing that.

My guess will be yes, I would say their more keen on success, then staying somewhat heavy, like the way of the fist is now.

They may add “radio friendly” songs to the next CD, but they’re not going to sell out. The next CD will likely be very similar to the sound on TWoTF from what I’ve heard.

As for saying “The Way of The Fist didn’t do shit”, well that’s just idiotic. The CD version of The Bleeding was on the radio for a long time, and good stations never even played the version with the acoustic vocals over the CD instrumentals. The already had developed a huge fan base before the “clean” version even hit the air. Do a little research before you open your mouth.
