The Indomitable Iron Sloth – Sign To Black Market Activities
Black Market Activities has announced the signing of THE INDOMITABLE IRON SLOTH. The Vancouver, Washington band was once known as THE ABOMINABLE IRON SLOTH and released an album with Goodfellow Records/Undergroove. The group’s previously announced EP will now be a full-length.
The label commented: “We have been huge fans of the band since the last record came out. When the opportunity arose to work with them, we were extremely excited to do so. We are currently scheming ways to honor or at least do something cool for those who initially pre-ordered through their myspace before we were involved. This will be a completely new recording than the tracks initially recorded and posted on the band’s MySpace.
The band commented: “Trying to get this EP out has been a sizable pain in the ass so far. Since we recorded it last year I’ve written a few more songs that I think people might want to hear, so we’re going to go back into the studio in the coming months to make the EP into a full-length… It really blows that it’s taken so long, but hopefully we don’t disappoint with the full length.”
