Slayer, Foo Fighters – Win Grammy Awards

Not that it actually means anything, but SLAYER have won the “Best Metal Performance” Grammy for the song “The Final Six,” beating out fellow nominees AS I LAY DYING, KING DIAMOND, MACHINE HEAD, and SHADOWS FALL.
Also, the FOO FIGHTERS won the “Best Hard Rock Performance” Grammy for the song “The Pretender,” beating out EVANESCENCE, OZZY OSBOURNE, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, and TOOL.
