Zs – Reaches Out Its ‘Arms’
CMJ.com reports: Blurring the gap between performance art and music, Brooklyn based avant-rock group the Zs will release their latest album, Arms (Planaria), September 25. Since their formation in 2000, the four-piece band has released a number of records on the Planaria and Troubleman imprints, the most successful of which was 2005’s Karate Bump EP. In addition to Arms, the Zs will follow THE LOCUST on an East Coast tour this fall that will stop in seven cities over the next four months.
