Droid – Now Headlining Guitar Hero Second Stage; Munky to Join Signings

California’s DROID have moved from opening the main stage at this year’s Family Values Tour to headlining the Guitar Hero Second Stage. This will give fans a chance to get up close and personal with the heavy hitters from Long Beach.
Also, from now until the end of the tour, KORN’s James “Munky” Shaffer will be joining DROID at their signing booth.
DROID’s stint on the tour ends on September 2 in Irvine, CA.

Too heavy for the mainstage? Hellyeah, Trivium, and Atreyu afraid of what might happen if decent metal were presented to them? Or maybe it’s just to give more time to Droid, who are getting fucked on the FVT. Interesting nevertheless. We always hear about bands getting bumped up. This is the first time I’ve heard of a band getting shoved down.
They’re not too heavy for mainstage…..
