Skinlab – Sign Two Album Deal with Crash Music
Crash Music announces that they have signed a two album deal with bay area metal band SKINLAB.
After touring with metal heavyweights SLAYER in 2003, the band went on a four year hiatus. 2007 saw SKINLAB return to do a brief tour in the United States before heading back in the studio to record a new album. Five years later, SKINLAB are back with a vengeance introducing Julian Peach, formerly of DECEMBER, who has recently been chosen to replace Glen Telford as a full time member of the band. SKINLAB will enter Trident Studio in the months of November through December, with Juan Urteaga, and begin recording the first full length album for Crash Music. It’s release is due in 2008.
SKINLAB’s Steev Esquivel had the following to say on signing with Crash Music “We are very pleased to sign with Crash Music. They have shown tons of interest in Skinlab. We’re excited about the future of Skinlab and look forward to making a new crushing album!!” Crash Music president Mark Nawara comments “We are very thrilled to be working with Skinlab and look forward to a solid future together.”
