Nervecell – Dubai Based Death/Thrashers Recruit Psycroptic Drummer

Dubai-based death/thrash act NERVECELL will feature drummer David Haley of PYSCROPTIC (also THE AMENTA, RUINS) on their upcoming album Preaching Venom.

NERVECELL will be entering the studio in September 2007 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with producer Kiran Sequiera who previously produced the band’s 2004 release Human Chaos.

The CD artwork for Preaching Venom will be designed by Dennis Sibeijn (ABORTED, ALL SHALL PERISH, JOB FOR A COWBOY).

According to the band, the sound on the new album is “old school death metal meets the modern death / thrash metal sound with lots of melody and groove.”
