Aesop Rock – Clip of Another New Song Posted Online
You can check out a two minute clip of a new song from AESOP ROCK entitled “Bring Back Pluto” (produced by Blockhead) over at his official MySpace page. The track comes off his upcoming new album, None Shall Pass, which will be released on August 28th through Definitive Jux. He has also posted the following updates:
“The song ‘None Shall Pass‘ will be released as a hard-copy single in some sort of 7″ vinyl form (maybe picture disc) with an exclusive, non-album b-side that I am working on now (and need to turn in soon as hell. shiiiiiitttttt.).
While we work diligently away on the mostly-animated ‘None Shall Pass‘ video we have decided to begin work on a second video. This follow up video will be for a song called ‘Coffee‘ that features the awesome vocals of my friend John Darnielle of MOUNTAIN GOATS fame. This will end up as the 2nd single, the b-side of which will be a song called ‘Citronella.’ More news on both videos very soon.
We just threw up this EPK we did. It was shot and edited by Eric Noren, who did the ‘Fishtales‘ short film, as well as many other films and commercials in the skateboard world (krux, adidas, etc). It can be viewed here.”
