Panic Cell, Narcosis, Ted Maul – Added to Damnation Festival in UK

Groove driven metallers PANIC CELL, northern grind monkeys NARCOSIS and London death merchants TED MAUL will bolster the UK contingent appearing at this year’s DAMNATION FESTIVAL, as tickets go on sale today.

They will join a diverse bill of metal mayhem which already includes KREATOR, KATAKLYSM, AMEN, ABORTED, 1349 and ORANGE GOBLIN.

Briefs for the event in Leeds Met Uni on Saturday 20th October are available now from http://www.seetickets.com and http://www.ticketline.co.uk Prices will be kept to £19.50 for the first few weeks as a small thanks to the dedicated fans who have supported Damnation Festival since 2005. In June the ticket price will rise to £22.

England’s NARCOSIS and TED MAUL will wreak havoc on a Terrorizer Stage bill that’s fast shaping up to be uglier than a night in prison showers.

PANIC CELL meanwhile are looking forward to raising a pint of Jagermeister as they share a stage with KREATOR and AMEN. Frontman Luke Bell said: “We can’t wait to kick ass onstage, and drink monsterous amounts of Jagermiester off it with all you nutters.

Damnation is the ultimate example of fan driven festivalry, the biggest supporter of the British underground metal scene there is, and to get to play it this year along with such titans as Kreator and Orange Goblin is simply incredible. Damnation for us will be one of the pinnacles of 2007!”

And headliners KREATOR are also suitably impressed by it all. Vocalist Millie Petrozza added: “Kreator is looking forward to playing one of the UK’s most trend free festivals. The line up is not flavour of the week, but pure METAL! A tasty mix of the most exciting artists from different subgenres, all HEAVY in their own way!”

More top bands and a slew of British talent will be announced over the coming months for what is set to be the biggest, loudest Damnation Festival yet.
