Tom Morello and The Nightwatchman – To Perform in UK for First Time in Two Years
Tom Morello’s appreciation for the Armed Forces of various nations is perhaps starting to be more than just a farce. Bringing his rallyoke across the Atlantic, the RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE guitarist, and his solo project THE NIGHTWATCHMAN, will both be turning out at King’s Cross Scala in London on June 4 for the Bring The Troops Home gig. It will be the first time in two years that Morello has performed in the UK.
Quipped Tom:

I would say that the things our corporate-controlled government has done at best are shameful, and at worst, genocidal … People often get tricked into going overseas and fighting Uncle Sam’s Wall Street wars, but these are people who knew what they were fighting for here at home. I think that that’s so much more courageous and brave.”

What a fucking asshole. This guy is spewing the same tired propoganda bullshit over and over. And the worst part is people listen to him and take it as truth, as opposed to actually finding out what’s really going on. Anyone that actually believes this is a “Wall Street war” is beyond ignorant.

I already ranted about Tom in my last post that had his name in it. So yeah, won’t do it again.
But Tom… please quit everything.. guitar, singing, politics, general speech… quit it all.
