Ride for Dime 2007 – 52 Mile Motorcycle Run and Live Artists Announced

The third annual Ride For Dime, a one-day “Dimebag Darrell Remembrance Ride And Concert” which consists of a 52-mile motorcycle run in the morning followed by a live performance in Arlington, Texas, will take place on August 19.

Scheduled to appear at the concert are PUMPJACK, TEXAS HIPPIE COALITION, LOWSIDE, WHISKEYDICK, and BLACK TOOTH – all the way from Turkey per the request of Rita.. Proceeds from the event will benefit Little Kids Rock, an innovative non-profit music education program that provides free instruments and rock ‘n’ roll lessons to public schools.

    What an awesome benefit…they could have gotten some “known” bands though.
    I might actually take a vacation day and drive down there ,visit Dime’s grave, and hit up the clubhouse
