Fightstar – Ink Record Deal with Trustkill Records

Trustkill Records have added the UK’s FIGHTSTAR to their ranks. The band, that features Charlie Simpson of the highly successful pop-punk band BUSTED, have achieved moderate success in their home country with tracks such as “Paint Your Target” which peaked at #9 on the UK singles chart. Fans may be familiar with FIGHTSTAR’s contributions to Kerrang! magazine CD giveaways during ‘06 where they covered METALLICA’s “Leper Messiah” and DEFTONES‘ “My Own Summer.”

FIGHTSTAR will release their Colin Richardson produced debut “Grand Unification” on March 13th in Europe (Island Records) and April 7th in North America (Trustkill).
