Kinetic – Greek Death Metallers Part Ways With Female Vocalist
Greek death metal act KINETIC has sent in the following update:
“Hello friends!
Here is Savvas Betinis from KINETIC. After wishing Happy New Year to all of you I just want to send some news from the band.
Due to musical differences and a rather different view on how the band should work, Mina Giannopoulou isn’t a part of KINETIC anymore. Her substitute has already been found, her name is Margaret Staikou and she has already undertaken the female vocals of the band. This means that the recordings for our new CD “Corrosion” will be delayed for a little longer, as the new member has to process the new material and be in band spirit. There is a new schedule for the CD’s release and that’s September 2007.
Soon we’ll have a completely new photo album with the new 6-member lineup.

KINETIC’s new album, “Corrosion”, will be released through Burning Star Records. The band’s previous release, “The Chains That Bind Us”, was released in 2004 via SleazyRider Records.
