Nine Inch Nails – Finish Recording Their New Album – Mixing Set for `07
NINE INCH NAILS have finished recording their new album and plan to mix it early next year, reports GIGWise. The industrial rockers have been holed up in the studio for the latter part of the year and will mix the long-player in January.
Speaking about the new album, Trent Reznor writes: “Is it possible I am actually finished writing and recording a new nine inch nails record? Apparently so. We begin mixing in January!
“Juggling fifteen all-new tracks around. Testing sequences. No leftovers from “with teeth”. Highly conceptual. Quite noisy. Fucking cool.”
The album will be their first since last year’s “With Teeth.” As previously reported the band are also releasing a live DVD on February 27, which chronicles their sprawling US tour from this year.
