Blastonbury 2007 (UK) – Initial Details
The organizers of Blastonbury 2007, a festival set to take place in the UK next year, have posted the following initial details:
“So we are a brand new extreme metal festival in the UK, we haven’t 100% decided on where this event will take place. We are trying to aim for the middle of the country, so people from Scotland/Wales will hopefully travel, rather than sticking it in London. The date will be 21st of July 2007. Depending on the amount of bands we confirm for this festival, will depend on wheter we add another date.
We are confirming bands as I type this crap, hopefully we can put together a great package of European/Touring bands which people will want to see.
We are thinking about maybe seeing if it possible to lay on coaches to the event so people cant complain about having to sort travelling arrangements/finding a driver/buying train tickets etc. But this is still in the very early planning stages.
