Negativa – Feat. ex-Gorguts – Post Video Online, Announce Release Date for Debut
NEGATIVA, the Quebec-based band featuring former GORGUTS members Steeve Hurdle (guitar, vocals) and Luc Lemay (guitar, vocals), along with Etienne Gallo (drums, ex-AUGURY) and Miguel Valade (bass, ex-ION DISSONANCE), has posted its track “Chaos In Motion” on www.Negativa.ca. “Chaos in Motion” (4:35) comes off NEGATIVA’s debut, self-titled multimedia mini-CD, which will be released on November 12 via the new metal label Prodisk as a limited edition of 1,000 copies. The disc, which was recorded at Wild Studio with producers Pierre Remillard and Jean-Yves Theriault (a.k.a. Blacky, former bassist of VOIVOD), will also contain enhanced material including video footage and photos taken during the recording sessions. Other songtitles set to appear on the mini-CD are “Taedium Vitae” (9:32) and “Rebellion” (6:11).
A record-release showcase will be presented at Cafe Chaos in Montreal on Sunday November 12 at 7:00 pm.
