Green Christmas 2006 – Announces First Confirmed Bands
The biggest and the most popular Baltic winter-rock music festival Green Christmas will take place on the 15th and 16th of December in Estonia, Rakvere Sports Hall. This year there will be some 16 bands from approximately 10 different countries.
The first bands who have been confirmed to perform at the Green Christmas 2006 festival are:
RAUNCHY from Denmark,
CALLENISH CIRCLE from the Netherlands,
NEGLECTED FIELDS from Latvia,
DEAD NEXT DOOR from the UK,
TT-34 from Belorussia,
SLIDE-FIFTY from Estonia.
During the past decade Green Christmas has become one of the most popular rock music festivals in Estonia as well as in other Baltic countries. Green Christmas has had the honour to host such well-known bands as Paradise Lost (UK), Anathema (UK), Die Krupps (Ger), Mnemic (Den), Moonspell (Por), Sybreed (Sui), Neaera (Ger), Lullacry (FIN), Omnium Gatherum (FIN), Waterdog (SWE) as well as the entire elite of Estonian rock and metal music scene.
