Following up on the success of their debut album “Office of Strategic Influence”, OSI returns with “Free” April 25th through Inside Out Music.
OSI, who comprises members of the progressive metal leaders DREAM THEATER (Mike Portnoy and Kevin Moore) as well as FATES WARNING guitarist Jim Matheos, is hailed as one of the most technically-proficient and innovative supergroups of our time.
