Stone Sour – Scheduling US Tour – Looking for Summer Release for Album
STONE SOUR are making steady progress on their new album as the recording process draws to a close. An update from the band is below:
“Stage one is complete! The recording process is finished. 16 tracks were recorded and we’re in the process of picking just how many will go on the album. We’re hoping for a late Summer release.”
“We are so excited for you to hear this! From songs like “30/30-150,” to “Zzyzx Road,” it’s much more diverse and mature than the first Stone Sour record. Sonically, it’s amazing!”
“We are currently working on the U.S. Tour schedule and new merch. We will keep you posted as more info comes in.”
“Onto stage two of the process: mixing! This will be handled by Randy Staub (Metallica, Hatebreed) starting on the 10th of this month.”
