The Acacia Strain – Paul Romano Made Artwork Available

Massachusetts’ purveyors of all things heavy, THE ACACIA STRAIN, have unveiled cover artwork for the forthcoming ‘The Dead Walk’ here. Paul Romano (MASTODON, THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD) handled the album’s artwork. The record has been confirmed for a June 2006 release through Prosthetic Records, with producer Adam Dutkiewicz (KILLSWITCH ENGAGE) returning to the fold after also producing 2004’s ‘3750.’ The band has already posted demo versions of two songs set to appear on the new album on the band’s MySpace page (http://www.myspace.com/theacaciastrain). Meanwhile, The Acacia Strain is still out on the “Undoing Ruin 2006″ tour alongside DARKEST HOUR, HIMSA, A LIFE ONCE LOST, DEAD TO FALL through March 30.
