Initial dates have been released for IN FLAMES upcoming headlining tour with THROWDOWN, NEVERMORE, and EVERGREY:
May 5 – New Haven, CT @ Toad’s Place
May 6 – Burlington, VT @ Higher Ground
May 8 – Myrtle Beach, SC @ House of Blues
May 9 – Jacksonville, NC @ Planet Rock

Like holy shit, I actually get a show in Vermont for once. Um. . . hells fuckin' yeah.
One of these bands is not like the others… :wassat: How the hell did Throwdown get on this? :laughing: Ha, Throwdown… just the thought makes me laugh.
But HOLY SHIT! In Flames and Nevermore?! Score! That tour hasn't hit the U.S. since I believe '00. Evergrey rocked Gods of Metal too… damn, I can't wait for this one.

average stalker: Noting your name, how amazing would it have been if it was Soilwork instead? Holy shit, now there's a tour. In Flames and Soilwork went together like PB&J in '03. Awesome tour… Chimaira and Unearth were kickin' too then. Every band brought their A-game on that one.
In Flames is on Ferret. Throwdown is on Trustkill. Not that weird that they tour together.
yeah, In Flames and Soilwork would be a dream concert for me. I still have yet to see Soilwork though. And if you added Nevermore and Everygrey that would make it killer.

I'm gonna break shit if Throwdown gets to play longer than Evergrey or Nevermore. Evergrey already opened on their last US tour, and Nevermore is set to open for Disturbed in Europe.
There will probably be about 2 people in the audience at each In Flames show that like Throwdown.
yeah it pisses me off that by the time I actually knew who soilwork was and by the time I had heard all their material and became a huge fan they had been here (lawrence, kc) a couple times already. And then we got screwed for last years ozzfest, which would have been fucking awesome in my opinion. And the last US tour they did with Fear Factory and SYL they hopped on the tour right after my date. So I'm pretty much dying for them to come back.
EVERY FUCKING TOUR there is a goddamn core band.
I hope all the buff, poser Throwdown d00ds and the angry, grumpy metalheads all get in a huge fight at these shows.

dude in flames wanted throwdown on the tour because they wanted to appeal to the hardcore crowd to get more fans which doesnt surprize me, being that their going to be on the radio.
