This list is horrible, as was that Opeth album (and I like them too). Man our users suck. AILD, A7X, AND Chimaira over DT, Soilwork, SYL, and Cryptopsy? No Priest, Municipal Waste, Arsis, or Behemoth?

I think we should be happy that there is some good stuff in there. I am totally surprised it wasn't filled with crap. The only stuff I really don't think should be in there is Mudvayne – Lost and Found and The Roadrunner United album.

I'm seriously surprised the Roadrunner record is on there. Like the others I'm not THAT surprised to see on there (the bands probably sent out shit in their myspaces :laughing:) but jesus that RRU shit was awful. None of the songs stood out and a lot of the best talent they had was either never used or wasted completely.

I like how everybody acts surprised that the entire list isn't some lot of underground extreme metal. A lot more people visit this site than the ones who comment regularly. I think it's cool to see so much variety on the list, and just because I don't agree with it doesn't mean I have to listen to those albums.

It's because that's where all the talent is. These halfassed guitar riffs from all these metalcore clones, and repetitive albums, don't deserve to be on any list like this.

I'm sorry, but not all talent lies in underground extreme metal. If you think so, than you're an underground sheep. Just because it's underground doesn't mean it's good, and it certainly doesn't atomatically qualify them as talented. I agree with anus.
