Most metal news EVER

  2. Crucified Coma says:

I rather post news about them than fucking Norma Jean.

You people need to have an open mind.

  3. ryandunn says:

    SMNnews "Pure Metal News"?

  4. lan says:
You people need to have an open mind.

  5. Ichiban says:

Even the stuff from BBM like "Tommy Lee falls down, gets back up" is more metal than this story.

  6. HiTeck says:

Crucified Coma of all people should be telling someone to have an open mind. Practice what you preach.

  7. stevenson says:

Might not be metal but their bassist Victor Wooten is one of the best ever.

  8. Nargaroth Iscariot says:

A lot of the jazz musicians are some of the most talented musicians out there. You see jazz drummers that are in their eighties that play so fast when one guy can't make it to a show it takes 3 guys to play what one guy can play. They are all stoned out of their minds and playing such good music. Why is it that when ever someone says metal core sucks everyone bitches saying have an open mind but when there is a post about a jazz artist everyone gets pissed saying its not metal. I think metal core sucks buts I listen to metal, jazz, classical, Nordic folk, classic rock, music like Diamanda Galas that I don't know what to categorize it as and more. Just because someone says metal core sucks, which it does, does not mean they don't have an open mind. Maybe their minds are just open past metal and they know metal core sucks. Now I think I’m going to listen to the yellow jackets.

  9. MK Ultra says:

    ^^^^^^^^^^^ agreed.

  10. MK Ultra says:

Wooten rocks. I was slow on the post.

  11. SyKO says:

Personally, I've been listening to a lot of Jack Johnson, Bob Marley, Mozart, David Bowie, The Clash, John Lennon, Phish, Carly Simon, and Nevermore lately. Some of you need to get out of your shells a bit. Metal music is just one tiny piece of the musical spectrum, and if you can't learn to branch out, sooner or later you're gonna get bored. Trust me, even the most hardcore of us needs a break from all the headbanging and thrashing for a little bit.

  12. kyokushinadam says:

    ^^^agreed 100%

  13. kyokushinadam says:

I just noticed they are playing the Garden, damn

  14. Crucified Coma says:

All the NYC shows are part of this Green Apple music festival thing. The MSG show will probably be with a buncha other bands.

  15. Machinist says:

jazz = death metal if you cant respect jazz and see the clear ties between metal and jazz go back to your break downs

  16. Star Forsaken says:

I've been waiting a long motherfucking time to see Bela do his thing live. Some of the most talented musicians to ever work together…and I get to see them live. That is metal indeed.

  17. Anus says:

I can play 90 miles an hour and show off, my music must be good.

  18. Star Forsaken says:

I can make generic comments about a band I've never listened to just for the sake of being negative, I must be cool.
