Hmm…maybe they'll start playing solos. THEN I'll listen to them.

Even if it's a nutsack solo?

Mnemic = Chugga chugga, chug, chug, chugga, chugga. Their riffs are boring, talentless and uninspired. Horrible band when I saw them with Hypocrisy/Dark Tranquillity. The vocalist even rapped a bit in one of the songs.

Mnemic is stuck in the late 90's to 2001 US "metal" scene. Note the quotations since nu-metal was the thing that sheep preferred. Its ashame, being a European band in a contemporary time period playing the shitty style they play…I wonder if they think they can actuslly accomplish something talented and or unique as musicians. Its a good thing a band like that exists. I mean, we need a pile of crap band like Mnemic to make other bands we prefer out there to be so much better.

Deathchain, did you stay for Soilwork?

  7. Deathchain says:

Nah, I didn't. I like Soilwork up to Natural Born Chaos but I witnessed something that night. There was such a thing as TOO loud, every other band's volume was clear, sounding great. All of a sudden, Soilwork came on, playing their bullshit off Stabbing the Drama and it was so loud, that it was barely audible. I mainly went for Dark Tranquillity and Hypocrisy anyway, both of which put on a great show.
