Himsa – Release New Musci – ‘Sleezevil’ MP3 Available!

HIMSA and Prosthetic Records are proud to debut a brand new song from the forthcoming Hail Horror, due out Feb. 7, 2006. The track can be found on the Prosthetic website. “Sleezevil” is the first song from the record to be selected for the video treatment, having been shot in Los Angeles over the Halloween weekend with director Derek Dale. Dale previously manned the helm for Himsa’s “Rain To The Sound of Panic” video. The “Sleezevil” video is in post production, and will hit the airwaves around the time of the release of Hail Horror. In the meantime, Prosthetic is taking pre-orders (in exclusive pre-order packages) for Hail Horror on the Prosthetic website.

The band is currently touring Europe with 3 INCHES OF BLOOD, with a US tour scheduled to start in February alongside DARKEST HOUR, THE ACACIA STRAIN and others. For dates, check www.ProstheticRecords.com.

Love the song, and the pre-order package is a sweet deal too.

I gave this song a chance, it failed miserably. Better than most metalcore but that doesn't say much.

I'm with Deathchain. That three and a half minutes of strained vocals and mediocre guitar work just didn't appease me.

  7. SteveO says:

awesome stuff! these guys do not disappoint!

  8. Bloodthirsty says:

The great guitar work is there, but his vocals just got worse. I'm not gonna tell him how to sing on his own songs, but it would help to maybe growl or scream rather then do those horrible hardcore vocals. Oh well, from the sound of it, he'll lose his voice in no time.

  9. Anus says:

His growls sucked. His vocals are wayyy better now. And the production doesn't sound so shitty this time around.
