In Flames – Two More Tour Dates Released

Two new dates have been added to Swedish melodic nu-metalcore act IN FLAMES‘ upcoming headlining North American tour with TRIVIUM, DEVILDRIVER, and ZAO. New dates are in bold:
January 25 – Tempe, AZ @ Marquee Theatre
January 26 – Las Vegas, NV @ House of Blues
January 27 – San Diego, CA @ Soma
January 28 – Los Angeles, CA @ Avalon
January 30 – Portland, OR @ Roseland Theatre
February 1 – Seattle, WA @ Showbox
February 3 – Salt Lake City, UT @ Salt Air Pavilion
February 4 – Denver, CO @ Gothic Theatre
More dates are expected to be announced shortly.

It would be great if In Flames wrote a decent album again and wasn't on such a horrible tour.
Soundtrack To Your Escape really isn't that bad, it's just that Anders ruins the music by putting his "crying bitch" vocals over it.
Come Clarity isn't a bad album at all. Very heavy and fast at times. More melody as well. A bigger and better step up from R2R and Soundtrack.
In Flames doesn't deserve that "melodic nu-metalcore" label, who the fuck came up with that? They might have changed their sound slightly, but they still write good metal. And this tour will be cool.

Will be a good tour. I will go if it comes near me, becaus eno matter how bad you think their new stuff is, it is always 10x heavier when played live.

Just listened to the new In Flames, not too bad. I was actually impressed but maybe that's because my standards are really low for them. It does indeed sound like a mix of R2R and Clayman, two albums which I hated but for some reason, a few of these songs, I dig. It could wear down as I listen more.

I agree, Load, Reload, and Garance Inc. were killer albums. Now we have something to look forward to.
Metallica has sucked way longer than In Flames has, and at least In Flames doesn't suck anymore. Try not to compare the two; they are on entirely different levels.

Just heard "Come Clarity", and it's really, REALLY good. If you hated "Soundtrack to Your Escape", then you'll love this album. The people who said it's "Clayman + Reroute to Remain" are pretty dead on. More on the "Clayman" side in my opinion. Excellent album, definitely get this if like In Flames at all.

I just listened to MOST of Come Clarity… I think it is ok. The complaint that I have is that it gets boring and predicable. I'm getting tired of hearing the singing choruses on this album so far. I like the song "Crawl Through Knives" though. Thats the best one so far with the singing chorus in my opinion.
