Ash – Searching For Second Guitarist
Guitarist Narg of New York black metallers ASH has posted the following message on the band’s member search:
“ASH will be looking into an additional guitarist for live performances in the coming months. We are looking to have something organized by early ‘06 and will begin rehearsals by the end of the year. The ideal candidate will be:
-In the Northern NJ/NYC area
-21+
-Knowledgable of what it means to be in a black metal band
-Have own equipment
-Able to practice on own time and focus on precision
Basically, we are able to perform with or without a second guitarist. What we are looking for is a capable guitarist who is able to fil out a live setting… i.e. energetic and fucking evil looking.
There is a heavy emphasis on performace and theatrics…be prepared to step into character and hold nothing back. Backing screams/vocals are a plus as well. That is all, contact us if you think it’s something you’d fit into.”
