VELVET REVOLVER’s Scott Weiland has been give the ‘all clear’ in charges relating to his felony count of possession of heroin and cocaine. The wild rocker will not be doing any time in the clink, after facing the possibility of up to three years with a new set of blinds. The band will venture back out on tour this August, with stops on OZZFEST 2005 when they replace IRON MAIDEN post-August 20th.
