Suspect In COC Concert Stabbing In Custody
The Associated Press has published this update on the story of a stabbing that took place on June 23rd at a CORROSION OF CONFROMITY concert in Tampa, FL:
“TAMPA – A 39-year- old Pinellas Park man has been identified as the knife- wielding assailant at a Tampa nightclub.
Michael Pyne is charged with murder, attempted murder, assaultand battery in an attack that left one man dead and three otherpeople injured.
Police say Pyne has been identified by witnesses at the club inthe Ybor City entertainment district.
Investigators say Pyne admits being at the club with a knife butdoesn’t remember anything after seeing his girlfriend in a fight.
Police say a fight started between two women at The Masquerade nightclub. Pyne is accused of killing 30-year-old Thomas Laskas and injuring the victim’s wife and two others.”
